Bhavnish Parashar

Bhavnish Parashar has extensive experience in the field of Learning and Development. Bhavnish currently holds the position of Head - Learning and Development at PNB Housing Finance Limited, a role they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Muthoot Group as AGM - Training from December 2020 to December 2021. Bhavnish also served as National Manager - Learning & Development at PNB Housing Finance Ltd. from August 2012 to December 2020. Before joining PNB Housing Finance Ltd., they worked at Deutsche Postbank Group as a Regional Training Manager from June 2011 to August 2012, and at Citi as an Assistant Manager - Training from May 2005 to June 2011.

Bhavnish Parashar pursued an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Operations at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. In addition to their academic achievements, Bhavnish also obtained certifications such as Leadership Development Workshop from KNOLSKAPE in 2017 and Train the Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training India in 2011.
