Kastity Ha

Ms. Kastity Ha is a non-executive director on the Board of PNB MetLife. She is Chief Risk Officer and Head of Compliance for MetLife Asia excluding Japan and a member of the Asia Leadership Team. She is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, analyzing and managing risk in Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal and Vietnam. Ms. Kastity joined MetLife Korea in 2004 as a finance executive responsible for actuarial valuation and financial planning. While overseeing finance, investment, risk management, ethics & compliance and legal & corporate affairs as the Chief Financial Officer (2008) and subsequently as the Chief Operating Officer (2014), she advocated for enterprise innovations and transparency, promoting both the growth and stability. She then moved to a regional role as the Chief Risk Officer for Asia excluding Japan since 2016. She has made prominent contributions to corporate branding via thought leadership on social issues, while serving as the Secretary General for the MetLife Korea Foundation (2015), and collaboration & networking among the professional communities in Asia as the regional chair for the Diversity & Inclusion from 2016 to 2017. Ms. Kastity received a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Her professional interest and strengths include financial analytics, process innovation and capability enhancement.
