Agnes Briones Ubalde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community development banking and relations. Currently serving as the SVP and CA Market Manager for Community Development Banking at PNC, Ubalde has previously held significant roles, including SVP Community Relations Executive for the Western Region at BBVA in the USA, and VP positions for Community Development and Community Relations at Wells Fargo.
