Kevin Rutherford

Kevin Rutherford is an experienced Process Improvement Consultant with a focus on change management and knowledge management at PNC since January 2009. In the current role as Process Improvement Consultant Sr and Change Advisory Board Secretary, Kevin manages the technical change review and approval process for the Asset Management Group. As the Knowledge Management Process Owner, Kevin is responsible for implementing PNC's first unified technical support knowledge base, including the creation and maintenance of related policies and procedures. Prior experience includes roles at National City Bank and National City Mortgage, where responsibilities involved 3rd level support, project support, and migration initiatives. Kevin holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Technology from RETS Tech Center.
