Minette Vaccariello

Minette Vaccariello is a seasoned professional in design and experience innovation, currently serving as Design Principal for Experience Innovation at PNC since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles at UPMC Enterprises as Product Manager and Lead Design Strategist from November 2014 to January 2022, and as Manager of Experience Design at UPMC Health Plan from February 2011 to November 2014. Earlier positions include Design Consultant at Bright Innovation and Alcoa, User Research Intern at Apple, Design Intern at Pinkergreen, and Mechanical Engineer II at Raytheon. Minette holds a Master's degree in Integrated Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Visual Arts from Boston University.
