Robin Connolly

Robin Connolly has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at PNC since 1997. In this role, Robin leads a learning organization with a $60 million P&L, overseeing a staff of over 300 training employees and more than 100 temporary contractors across the United States. Previous positions at PNC include Director of Recruiting Operations and Manager of PNC University Leadership College, where leadership development strategies were designed for 3,500 leaders. Prior experiences include roles at FedEx, the University of Pittsburgh, and Westinghouse Electric Company. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership and a Master of Education in Training and Development from Duquesne University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Production from the University of Pittsburgh.
