Steve Pulig

Steve Pulig is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as VP and Enterprise Infrastructure Manager at PNC since June 2017, Steve oversees Network Operations and 3rd Tier Network Stability & Support. Previous roles include Senior Manager of IT Service Desk and Desktop Engineering at MTD Products, and Group Manager for Tier 3 Technical Support at PNC, where Steve led a substantial team to ensure production readiness for a vast network infrastructure. Steve also held various managerial positions at National City Bank, focusing on network and server support as well as security response initiatives. Steve began a career in IT as a Support Engineer and Network Control Technician at National City Bank, having previously worked as a Desktop Technician at BISYS. Steve earned a BSBA in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
