Tara Abels

Tara Abels is an experienced recruiting professional with over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition. Currently serving as Recruiting Director at PNC since February 2011, Tara has also held positions as Senior Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Senior Professional Recruiter, focusing on full life cycle passive candidate searches and providing consultative support to Human Resource Organizations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical Recruiter at Computer Aid, Inc., where Tara managed client relationships and candidate sourcing. Tara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Duquesne University between 1996 and 2000.
