Trina Zieman

Trina Zieman currently serves as Vice President and Senior Asset Manager in Tax Credit Asset Management at PNC since September 2024. In addition to this role, Zieman is a Professional Resume Writer for Randstad and Always Market Me, positions held since June 2023 and January 2010 respectively. Previously, Zieman worked as a Real Estate Asset Manager for CommonBond Communities from February 2022 to September 2024, and held various positions at the State of Minnesota from February 2008 to February 2022, including Asset Manager and Trust Administrator in the Commissioner's Office, as well as Real Estate Operations Supervisor. Zieman's earlier experience includes serving as Multi-Site Property Manager for Affordable Housing at Perennial Management, LLC from January 2004 to February 2008. Zieman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate, and a minor in Commercial Construction from St. Cloud State University.
