Worley Barker

Worley Barker currently serves as the South Texas Market Manager for Community Development Banking at PNC, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Worley Barker was the Senior Vice President of Community Development at Texas Capital Bank from November 2020 to August 2025, overseeing the Community Development Corporation and facilitating community development lending and investments across Texas.
