Thuy Bui has a diverse work experience consisting of various roles in different companies. Currently, they are a Project Director at PNE AG, where they have been working since 2020. Before that, they served as a Project Manager - Offshore Wind at the same company from 2020 to 2023.
In 2021, Thuy Bui became a Member of VINEU - Vietnam Innovation Network in Europe. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Member of the Executive Committee at the Association of Vietnamese Students in Germany (SIVIDUC).
Thuy Bui also gained experience at FPT Deutschland GmbH as a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist from 2018 to 2019.
Prior to that, they worked as a Project Management Specialist at CC1 from 2015 to 2016 and as a Senior Marketing Executive at ALT Academy Research Consulting Group from 2014 to 2015.
Thuy Bui started their career as a Marketing Executive at FPT Group in 2014. In 2012, they held roles as a Marketing Collaborator at 48 Hour Film Project and as a Member of the Organization Board at Ho Chi Minh City Industry and Trade Department.
Thuy Bui has a Master's degree in Economics and Strategy from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Foreign Trade University. Thuy also holds another Bachelor's degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University. In 2020, Thuy Bui received a certificate in Data Visualization with Advanced Excel from PwC. In 2015, they attended the University of London to study Research Methods. Thuy Bui also has taken several courses from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2015, including Statistical Inference, Regression Models, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox. Thuy earned their High School Diploma from Bac Lieu Gifted High School in 2010.

PNE AG, formerly PNE Wind AG, is a Germany-based renewable energy company. The Company develops onshore and offshore wind farms. It operates through two segments.
