Kiran Roest

Kiran Roest has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as a Pharmaceutical Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2007. They then worked as a Senior Analyst at Decision Resources, focusing on corporate and commercial analysis of the biopharmaceutical industry. In 2010, Kiran joined Thomson Reuters as a Managing Consultant, providing strategic consulting services in the life sciences field. During this time, they also authored publications and presented at conferences on the economics of rare diseases. In 2015, Kiran transitioned to Pfizer as a Senior Manager, leading analysis and insights for European business development opportunities. In 2016, they co-founded PocDoc and served as the Chief Strategy Officer, leading the development of digital solutions for preventative healthcare. Finally, in 2020, Kiran joined iOnctura as the Commercial Director.

Kiran Roest completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with First Class Honours in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge from 1999 to 2002. Following this, Kiran pursued a PhD at Imperial College London from 2003 to 2007, specializing in the field of Infection and Immunity.
