Previously, as the Director of Product and Growth at The 10x Academy from May 2022 to February 2024, leadership extended across various operations, including U.S. expansion and placement strategies, achieving significant partner growth and improved student outcomes. Amruthkumar also held managerial roles at Flipkart, SlicePay, Playment, and Meaww, driving substantial business initiatives and product development. Amruthkumar earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
