Previously, Archit held positions such as Training Lead at Cashfree Payments, National Training Lead at vivo India, and Training Lead at Kotak Mahindra Bank, specializing in learning and development initiatives across various sectors. Archit began a career in managerial roles focusing on learning development at YES BANK and Bandhan Bank. Archit holds an MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a BBA from MIT School of Management.
