Peter Gialantzis

Peter Gialantzis is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the retail grocery and distribution sectors. Currently serving as Chief Merchandising Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Pod Foods, Peter is dedicated to supporting emerging food brands. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Growth at KeHE Distributors, where Peter led Fresh Operations and E-commerce initiatives, and Chief Merchandising Officer at Lucky's Market, a key position in the executive leadership team. Prior experience at Whole Foods Market involved various leadership roles that significantly improved sales and operations, including Senior Prepared Foods/Bakery Director and Senior Purchasing Director for the distribution center. Peter began a career in public service as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Boston University.
