Rayna Rokicki is a podcast coach at Ladies First Digital Media Company since November 2021, specializing in podcast launch and growth coaching. Currently serving as a podcast and YouTube producer for Pod People and previously contracted with Novice Studios, Rayna has extensive experience in podcast and YouTube production, also holding a production management role at Workflow Wonder. Prior to the media industry, Rayna was a middle school social studies and English teacher at the American International School of Lagos from August 2014 to June 2020, along with teaching positions at the Sheboygan Area School District and International School of Myanmar. Rayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master's degree in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
