Kieran Wild is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Pod Point since July 2022, Kieran previously held positions as Head of Engineering and Software Engineering Manager at KidsLoop Co., Ltd. from September 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Kieran worked at The Hut Group from April 2016 to September 2021 as a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of two engineering squads in the customer service and logistics domains. Kieran began the career as a Full Stack Software Engineer and Graduate Software Engineer, contributing to complex e-commerce platforms, and also founded Liquid Vibe Web Development while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering at Lancaster University. At POD Point, we believe that travel shouldn’t damage the earth. We think that if everyone were driving zero emissions vehicles, the impact that travel has on our planet globally and locally would be significantly reduced. That’s why we’re building a network of electric vehicle chargepoints across the UK and Europe at places drivers park liketheir homes, workplaces and destinations they visit like gyms or supermarkets. On average an electric vehicle starts charging on our network every 42 seconds.
