Phil Doyle

Phil Doyle has extensive work experience in the commercial management of civil, rail, and tram projects. Phil started working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at C Spencer Ltd in 2004 and held this position until 2014. In the same year, they joined Pod-Trak Limited as a Commercial Manager. During their time at Pod-Trak, Phil was responsible for all commercial management activities, including identifying new opportunities, tendering, project delivery, and final account settlement. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Commercial Director at Pod-Trak, where they continued to oversee the commercial operations of the company.

Phil Doyle completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Commercial Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2009. Phil also earned an HNC in Building Studies from the same university between 2004 and 2006. Prior to their university education, Phil attended John Leggot College from 1998 to 2000. Phil completed their secondary education at High Ridge Comprehensive School from 1993 to 1998.
