Katie Schiermeyer

Katie Schiermeyer has extensive experience in eCommerce media management, currently serving as Manager of eCommerce Media at PODEAN since December 2021, following roles as Associate Manager and Marketplace Media Sr. Specialist. Prior to this, Katie worked at Merkle as a Specialist in Amazon & eRetail from January 2021 to December 2021. Katie's earlier career includes significant roles at the University of Virginia Health System, where responsibilities spanned from protocol design and optimization in the Pathology Department to compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the Surgery Department. Additionally, Katie has a foundational background in laboratory and research work, having started at the University of Virginia Health System as a Lab & Research Specialist Jr. Katie holds a B.S. in Mathematics from East Tennessee State University and has developed strong skills in project management, critical thinking, and student mentoring throughout professional endeavors.
