Mathilde Harboe Olsen

Mathilde Harboe Olsen is a Global Senior CRM Specialist at Podimo since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing customer lifecycles, leading CRM platform integration, and leveraging AI data for user engagement. Prior to Podimo, Mathilde served as a Marketing Automation Specialist at Ambition from March 2020 to September 2021, following a role as a CRM Consultant at Artefact from September 2018 to March 2020. Mathilde began a career in digital marketing at GroupM as a Copywriter & SEO Assistant from January 2017 to September 2018 and also interned in digital marketing at Beatjump Dance Studio from January 2012 to June 2016. Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School (2017-2019), and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2016) and Copenhagen Business School (2014-2017). High school education was completed at N. Zahles Gymnasieskole with a focus on social studies, mathematics, and psychology.
