Chris Connelly

Chris Connelly has extensive experience in business development and payments. Chris most recently served as the Head of Business Development & Payments at Podium since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at a stealth startup as the Head of Business Development APAC - Consult from January 2021 to June 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they held the role of Snr Director of Payments (Global) at Vend. Chris also worked at Vend as a Snr Product Manager - Payments (Global) from 2014 to 2015. Before joining Vend, Chris was the Commercial/Product Manager at Smartpay Payments from 2013 to 2014. Chris also held positions at Viaduct Limited as the Product/Commercial Manager from 2010 to 2013, SpamDunk Limited as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2010, PanPacific Transfers Limited as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2009, and Broadband Ignite Ltd as a Provisioning Manager from 2005 to 2007.

Chris Connelly attended Weltech from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Information and communication with a focus on IT. In 2011, they obtained a certification as a Competent Communicator from ToastMasters International.
