Micole McCarthy

Micole McCarthy currently serves as a Senior ESG Consultant at Point B since April 2019, where additional roles include DEI Partner and DEI Champion. Prior to this, Micole held positions at Point B Capital as an Analyst and worked at Vashon Center for the Arts as Project Manager & Partner Development Lead, focusing on strategic planning and project management. An extensive background in retail and customer service includes roles as Executive Administrative Supervisor and HR Holiday Assistant Manager at Macy's, and as a Wedding Consultant at David's Bridal. Micole's educational foundation consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Anthropology, complemented by minors in American Indian Studies and English, obtained from Washington State University.
