Point Designs
Serena Kishek is currently working as a Research and Development Intern at Point Designs since June 2020. Prior to this, Serena served as a Student Researcher at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from January 2019 to June 2020 in the Kambez Benam Lab. Serena obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of Colorado Denver in 2021.
Point Designs
Point Designs is dedicated to designing and manufacturing heavy-duty partial hand prostheses. Through years of development and feedback from prosthetists and patients we created our flagship product, a strong, durable, and lightweight full finger prosthesis, called the Point Digit. An ideal solution for patients with near-MCP level amputations/differences, the Point Digit articulates anatomically, is robust, and can be positioned unilaterally. We continue to research and develop innovative prosthetic solutions and celebrate the advances being made in our field every day.
