In 1995, with an entrepreneurial spirit and professional engineering experience in consumer electronics, communications, and commercial aircraft seating, Monte organized a select group of mechanical designers and developers to support manufacturers in North Texas, and Point Innovation was born. His leadership and guidance over a team of more than 50 engineers and designers have cultivated the business into an award-winning design, product development, and technical resources company serving clients nationwide.
