Lafe has worked on real estate transactions, real estate development, real estate finance, complex leasing, transactional planning for tax efficiency, property tax appeals, and tax exemptions (federal, state & local).
Lafe Metz has a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law, and a B.A. in English and Economics from Cornell University. Lafe is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
