William st. Lawrence

William St. Lawrence is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Counsel and VP of Business Development at Cayster Inc. since 2019, St. Lawrence also advises on corporate and business development at Keeper Bay Real Estate and holds a board member position at US Neurosurgical Holdings Inc. Previously, St. Lawrence was the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Northeast Wireless Networks until its acquisition by AT&T in 2018, and served as CEO and General Counsel at Northern Power Systems. Early career experiences include roles in corporate law at Heller Ehrman and strategic development for family office and venture-backed technology companies. St. Lawrence earned a JD, cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and a BA, cum laude, in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
