Neill Feather

Neill Feather is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the fields of innovation and operational management. Currently serving as President & Chief Operating Officer at Point Wild since December 2024, Feather previously held the same titles at Pango Group from June 2021 to June 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at SiteLock from May 2008 to March 2021, where responsibilities encompassed Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and President. Feather's tenure at Johnson & Johnson from February 2003 to August 2011 involved managing the Global Pricing Strategy for Vision Care. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Management Science & Information Systems with a focus on International Business and Spanish from Penn State University. Additionally, a brief academic experience at Universidad de Sevilla was completed in 2001.
