Maura McNeil

Maura McNeil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both healthcare and program management. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Point32Health since the merger of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in 2021, Maura has held various roles at Tufts Health Plan since 1996, including Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst. Additional nursing expertise is demonstrated through a role as a Registered Nurse at McLean Hospital, where Maura provides comprehensive patient care and crisis de-escalation. Prior nursing experience includes positions at Partners Private Care and the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department. Educational qualifications include a BSN from UMass Boston, an ADN from Massachusetts Bay Community College, a MA in Health Care Administration and a BA in Sociology from Framingham State University.
