Jen Golnick

Jen Golnick is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hill Golnick Advisors, LLC, a talent advisory firm specializing in supporting investment firms and their portfolio companies throughout the deal cycle since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jen served as the Talent Lead at Point72 Private Investments from August 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing and managing the talent strategy for the firm's inaugural Private Equity fund. Previous experience includes serving as a Private Equity Senior Consultant at YSC Consulting, part of Accenture, focusing on leadership challenges for private equity firms, and a Human Capital Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where Jen collaborated with clients on organization transformation initiatives. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, alongside intensive executive coach training from the College of Executive Coaching.
