Eugene Ryzhov

Eugene Ryzhov is an experienced software engineering manager with a proven track record in the financial sector, currently serving at Point72 since January 2021. With a strong background in managing back and middle office technologies, Eugene oversees the ownership of over 20 back-office systems and applications. Prior experience includes significant roles at EPAM Systems, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and managing project delivery under Agile methodologies, and at Luxoft, where Eugene managed large teams and projects for top-tier banks. Additional roles at NCR, Intego Group, Validio Ukraine, Scorto Solutions, and Zfort Group further underscore expertise in application design, development, process improvements, and team leadership. Eugene holds a Specialist Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
