Jonathan Wachter

Jonathan Wachter is a seasoned finance and operations professional currently serving as the Head of Operations for Macro, Treasury, and Risk Technology at Point72 since December 2022. In addition to this role, Jonathan is a Board Member at Nia Therapeutics, contributing to the development of precision brain stimulation therapies. Jonathan has held significant senior positions including Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Mint House, and Managing Director in various roles at Citadel and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where strategic leadership in asset and liability management and operations was paramount. Prior experience includes engagements at McKinsey & Company and The Blackstone Group, complemented by an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
