Rhett Brewer

Rhett Brewer is an experienced professional in financial strategy and risk management, currently working in Treasury Capital Strategy at Point72 since January 2024. Previously, Rhett held the role of Risk and Financial Strategy at Stripe, where responsibilities included leading a quantitative team and collaborating with executives to enhance liquidity and capital management, along with developing risk models. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, where Rhett served as Managing Director within various capacities related to corporate treasury and quantitative analytics from March 2011 to May 2022. Rhett began an academic journey with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Caltech and a Master of Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley, in addition to a Master’s in Applied Physics from Caltech.
