Yingjie Liu

Yingjie Liu is a Senior Research Analyst at Cubist Systematic Strategies since December 2018, specializing in equity trading within the global stock market and the development of quantitative trading strategies, while also advising junior researchers. Previously, Yingjie held roles as a Senior Research Analyst at Point72 and as a Quantitative Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. An early career experience includes serving as a Research and Development Scientist at Idaho National Laboratory, where Yingjie was recognized with the Russel Heath Distinguished Fellow award. Yingjie holds a PhD in Computational Mechanics and Scientific Computing from Duke University, a Master of Science in Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from Peking University.
