Charles Blackburn

Charles Blackburn is a Software Implementation Consultant II at PointClickCare, specializing in developing best practice workflows and providing comprehensive training for healthcare solutions since November 2021. Previous roles include Software Configuration Specialist, where Charles translated technical requirements and ensured data integrity and security for customer databases. Additional experience includes management and training in clinical applications at TridentCare and EHR specialist roles, supporting over 50 Nurse Practitioners in senior care settings.
