Kristin Smith, RMCP®, is an experienced Resource Manager with a strong background in Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Business Operations, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Staffing. Currently at PointClickCare since September 2020, Kristin previously held similar roles at AppDynamics and RBA, Inc., where responsibilities included ensuring successful client engagements and maximizing employee deployment for business growth. Kristin began their career as a Project Manager at Digineer, Inc., and later served as Operations and Resource Manager at Harbinger Partners. Educational qualifications include studies at North Dakota State University and a degree in Dental Assisting from Northwest Technical College - Moorhead.
