Brian Ruder

Brian is a Partner at Permira, Co-Head of the Technology team and Co-Chair of the Investment Committee. He also serves on the Executive Committee and the Permira Growth Opportunities Investment Committee. He has worked on several transactions, including Ancestry, Genesys, Informatica, LegalZoom, Magento, Metalogix, Minted, Renaissance Learning and TeamViewer.

Prior to joining Permira in 2008, Brian was Partner at Francisco Partners, where he covered investments in the software and services sector. He’s also worked for Hellman & Friedman and in corporate finance for Morgan Stanley.
