Jason Meade has extensive work experience in the creative industry. Jason started their career as a Prepress Manager at Posters Incorporated in 1997. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Computer Graphics Designer at BBDO Worldwide. In 2001, they served as the Digital Retouching Manager at Ralph Smith Photography for a short period. However, their most recent and long-term employment was at Pointsmith, where they started as the Director of Creative Services in 2002 and eventually became the Creative Director in January 2020. At Pointsmith, they oversaw all phases of the creative process, implemented brand standards, estimated project time and costs, and advised the Creative Department on creative execution. Jason also expanded the offerings of the creative department, implemented an online project management tool, and devised a new design philosophy for Murphy USA.
