Etienne Talbot

Etienne Talbot has extensive work experience in the field of web development and engineering. Etienne currently serves as an Engineering Manager at Poka Inc. since July 2021 and was previously a Component Lead and Front-End Developer at the same company from September 2015 to September 2021. Etienne co-founded HTML Québec in March 2015 and held the role of Co-founder until March 2020. Etienne worked as a Web Developer at iXmédia from October 2014 to September 2015. Etienne also worked as a Lead Front-End Developer at Equation Humaine from September 2014 to October 2014 and at Agence Piranha from May 2014 to September 2014. Etienne held the position of Senior Front-End Web Developer at iXmédia from December 2012 to May 2014. Etienne gained valuable experience as a volunteer at FoodCamp de Québec 2013 in April 2013 and at TEDxQuébec in November 2012. Etienne started their career as an Interactive Media Integrator at Chalifour from September 2007 to November 2012 and worked as a Video Editor and volunteer at Web à Québec from June 2011 to February 2012.

Etienne Talbot has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2005, they attended Cégep de Sainte-Foy and obtained a DEC degree in Techniques d'intégration multimédia. Following that, in 2005 to 2006, they studied at Université Laval and received a Certificat in Études Cinématographiques.

In 2012 to 2013, Etienne Talbot pursued further education in the field of Computer Science through HarvardX, where they earned an Honor Code Certificate. Continuing their interest in entrepreneurship, they earned a Certificate of Achievement in Entrepreneurship from MITx in 2014.

Aside from formal education, Etienne Talbot also holds additional certifications. In 2012, they completed the Introduction to Computer Science I course from edX, and in 2014, they obtained the Entrepreneurship 101 certification from the same platform. More recently, in February 2022, they obtained a certification in Introduction au feedback optimisé pour les Humains from nimble bubble.
