Erwin Peddemors has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Erwin worked at Polar Electro Oy as the Director Product Care, leading global teams in improving repair and return processes for Polar products. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at Polar Product Service Centre BV, responsible for managing repairs, refurbishment, and commercial returns for European markets.

Erwin also worked at Dorel Juvenile Europe as the European Repair Centre Manager, overseeing the alignment of repair processes and quality across 7 service centers. Erwin later served as the Manager of Service Centre Benelux & Germany, responsible for the repair and service departments for Maxi-Cosi, Quinny, and Safety 1st products.

Additionally, Erwin Peddemors was the Chairman of tennis club GLTV de Mast, focusing on developing a vision for the future and member recruitment. Erwin also held leadership roles at Dorel Juvenile Group Netherlands, where they managed the Sales Office and led a team responsible for order processing and customer satisfaction.

Erwin Peddemors completed their HAVO degree from Strabrecht College in the years 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 1994 and 1998.
