Emily Legan

Emily Legan possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. HR Director for Off Road Global Operations & Supply Chain at Polaris Inc. since June 2014, with progressive roles leading to this position. Previous positions at Polaris include various senior HR leadership roles in Off Road Global Operations and Global Customer Experience. Prior to Polaris, Emily Legan held HR management positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., focusing on Industrial & Automotive Repair and Hydraulic Tools. Emily began her HR career with internships at Carlson Companies, Inc. and Eaton Corporation. Academically, Emily holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
