Jason Wei

Jason Wei is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and supplier management, currently serving as the Managing Director for Polaris Inc. in China since March 2007. Jason has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Interim General Manager and Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Quality for Asia, where responsibilities included overseeing a supplier base with an annual spend exceeding 450 million USD while ensuring compliance with company policies. Prior to Polaris, Jason worked at Georg Fischer’s Automotive Division as Global Sourcing Manager and at Elkem AS in various roles, including Foundry Operation Manager. Jason holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, has completed an executive program at the University of Minnesota, and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Qingdao University of Science and Technology.
