Lindsay Lien

Lindsay Lien possesses extensive experience in service operations and workforce management, having held various managerial roles at Polaris Inc. including Director of Service Operations and Sr. Manager of Service Strategy, as well as Manager of Dealer Support and Consumer Service. Previously, Lindsay served as Director of Workforce Management at UnitedHealth Group and held several positions at Target, including Manager of Workforce Management, Store Team Leader, and Executive Team Lead. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
