Mike Dauplaise

Mike Dauplaise is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Since November 2015, Mike has been with Polaris Inc., currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager responsible for customer-facing web properties and overseeing staffing, career development, and organizational design. Prior to Polaris, Mike spent 17 years at Medtronic, where roles included Senior IT Manager for Integration/eCommerce Services and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, contributing significantly to software implementations and process improvements. Additional experience includes positions at Fingerhut, MoneyGram International, and ITT Life Insurance, showcasing a diverse skill set across various programming and management roles. Mike holds a BA in Information Technology Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
