Robert Zak

Robert Zak is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in component selection, design, and validation within the automotive industry, currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer and Components Lead at Polaris Inc. since August 2017. Zak has demonstrated leadership in directing teams on product launches, conducting root cause analysis for vehicle systems, and contributing as a subject matter expert in HVAC controls and power distribution. With previous roles at PD Instore, Intertek, Trane, and BCS Automotive, Zak has a solid background in project management, product safety compliance, and innovative engineering solutions. Zak holds a Master of Science in Technology Innovation Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
