Shawn Kardell is a seasoned digital product design leader with extensive experience in user experience, design strategy, and digital transformation. Currently serving at Polaris Industries, Shawn Kardell has previously held prominent roles such as Experience Strategist at The Nerdery and UX Director at Mirum, where significant contributions included developing custom pattern libraries for Fortune 10 enterprises and leading user experience initiatives. Shawn Kardell's career spans various companies, including Digitaria, space150, Thomson Reuters, and Corel Inc, where expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interactive experiences was consistently applied. In addition to practical experience, Shawn Kardell has contributed to academic settings as an adjunct professor in User Experience Design and holds a BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
