Visharad Pandey is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Director - EDM in Digital & Information Technology at Polaris Inc. since July 2023. With a robust background at HSBC from May 2016 to July 2023, Visharad held senior roles including Head of Delivery (Sr. VP) in Group Data Technology, focusing on digital transformation, automation, and data management, and AVP in Business Consulting, dealing with data governance and strategy. Prior experience includes roles at Kimberly-Clark as Sr. Delivery Manager and Senior Program Manager, as well as Sr. Program Manager at Microsoft, specializing in data quality and governance.
