Johan Pernvi

Johan Pernvi is a seasoned partner at Polaris Private Equity since December 2019, bringing extensive experience in the investment sector. Previously, Johan served as partner and co-sector head of industrial goods at Triton Partners from September 2015 to November 2019. Johan has held several non-executive board positions, including roles at LOGSTOR, Ewellix, and Ovako Group, and was a director at H.I.G. Capital and non-executive director at Diab, Mobile Climate Control, and Jøtul AS. Johan's investment management expertise was further developed at Ratos as a senior investment manager from January 2006 to December 2013. Academic credentials include a master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and a degree from Lund University.
