James Mallion currently serves as the Head of Finance at PolarSeal, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, James spent nearly four years at Saputo Inc., holding various titles including Senior Finance Manager for Procurement, Trading & Ingredients, and Finance Manager for Financial Accounting. Before that, James worked at Dairy Crest as a Commercial Finance Manager and Commercial Analyst. James began a finance career at Fujitsu UK and Ireland as a Finance Apprentice, specializing in project accounting and financial planning and analysis. Additionally, James gained early experience at Compass Group UK & Ireland as a Team Leader and General Assistant. Educational qualifications include a CIMA certificate in Accounting and Finance from BPP University and A levels in Chemistry, Physics, Maths, and Philosophy from Strodes College.
