Laurens Jansen

Laurens Jansen is an experienced growth leader currently serving as the Head of Growth at Polarsteps since May 2024. Prior to this role, Laurens held various positions at Off The Record from November 2017 to May 2024, including Growth Team Lead and Head of Growth at a digital growth agency specializing in high-potential companies. Laurens also contributed to Zoef.com B.V. as a Growth Hacker from October 2016 to November 2017 and completed growth hacking traineeships at The Talent Institute, focusing on startups. Earlier career experiences include founding and being the CEO of Caddy Service NL and working as a Junior Account Manager at a communication agency. Laurens holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerciële Sport Economie from Johan Cruijff University, along with training from B. Startup School Amsterdam.
