Michael Doliner

Michael Doliner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and curriculum design. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at Polco since September 2020, Michael previously worked as a Senior Product Manager at MongoDB, where leadership was demonstrated in updating educational curricula and developing analytics tools. Michael also held the position of Head of Curriculum Design and Engineering Manager at Codecademy, where innovative online programs were established to enhance full-stack web development learning. Earlier roles include a Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Google, a Project Programmer at Codesters, and various design and tutoring positions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, with studies in Theater Arts and Computational Biology.
